Anyone who contacts Revolutionreveal Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Revolutionreveal Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

What to Send

Email contact@revolutionreveal.buzz and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the message and ask for a second review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
